the accommodation was nice and in a great location. Although the receptionist tried to put everything in order, it was annoying.

There was no hot water, the television didn't work, the electricity went out a couple of times and the laundry had traces of dirt that couldn't be washed.

Location

The smell, noise, towels, internet (Not existent), dedication of employees, price.

The location was wonderful, right on the beach, and has nearby options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Sadly accommodation was not very clean, pillows and bedding was stained in numerous places. It is quite animal friendly, they even have a welcome letter about this in the hotel, so expect the ants all over the bathroom, occasional lizards and cockroaches in the room, and on the terrace and reception area the nightly visitors....the rats :/ This unfortunately made our stay less pleasant.

The beach

We arrived 2 hours after check in time but the room was not ready. Our room was not clean, including cobwebs in the bathroom and brown water coming out of the taps (both pictured). There is no hot water in taps or shower. The curtains were hanging off the curtain rail. After room service we had to ask for clean towels (on two occasions). The bedding is a blanket. The AC was so loud we could not turn it on at night time and had one of those deep drum n bass sounds that gave us headaches.

great location next to the restaurant and beach. beach is not very suitable for swimming but nice view though

. bathroom was bad with occasional hot water shortages believe due to being on the island. tap water is not drinkable, even not safe, for brushing your teeth. sheets are not super clean and new plus I stayed one of the best rooms in hotel with balkony and view other rooms was worst according to my friends.

Location

We stayed there five years ago and enjoyed it. This time we did not. Accommodation not really clean, toilet flush didn’t work four times in two days, staff not really friendly or welcoming, no renovations made. Not a good value for a quiet high price.
