Месторасположение, завтрак, персонал.

Постельное белье и полотенца вместо белого цвета - застиранные серые, плюс еще все ужасно мятые, такое чувство, что их специально мяли.

Расположение отеля хорошее , рядом красивый парк, где можно гулять

Завтрак , очень скудный , кофе нет , кофемашина не работала , и это очень огорчило, хорошо что есть рядом кафе Магнолия, где есть вкусный и горячий кофе

The receptionist was very polite and attentive, always solving everything within seconds. The room was clean — small, but comfortable.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was sometimes an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain, but that’s a common issue throughout Uzbekistan, not just in this hotel.

The staff, however, were very understanding and kind — they didn’t charge me for early check-out, and I only paid for one night. The breakfast was good.

The bed linen was washed, but very old, with ingrained stains and discoloration, which made it quite unpleasant to sleep on. The pillowcases were also yellowed. The bedside table had been moved away from the wall, and it was dusty behind it. There was no proper hanger to hang a suit — only three old trouser hangers. After I asked, they provided one regular hanger. The rooms look nice in the photos, but in reality, they feel quite tired and worn out.

Персонал вежливый. Если в чем-то могут помочь - помогут.

Очень давно не обновляли ремонт, ковралин весь в пятнах, мебель и стены затёртые, матрац продавленный. В ванной ужасный запах канализации. Двери стены тонкие, слышно как в холе ночью кто-то разговаривал, а утром как в соседнем номере принимали душ. Завтрак плохой.
