Lysses House Hotel

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were nice. There was also a large parking area, which was very important to me

There was great parking availabaility for the time of the week and the staff were communicative and friendly. Breakfast was nicely cooked and the room was clean and well maintained

The locks (while perfectly functioning) could do with modernisation for security purposes

Price was good. The dinner was lovely, and was discounted because we had a theatre ticket.

Comfortable room, good bathroom, great breakfast and good off street car parking. Great location.

The hotel was easy to find and a large car park at the back of the hotel. The room was cosy, warm and a lovely shower with hot water. It was an easy walk into the centre of town. Breakfast was excellent - good choice of starters, my cooked breakfast was delicious, earl grey tea and lovely fresh bread for my toast. The staff were very friendly especially at the reception desk when I arrived.

Staff were brilliant especially the young lady at the desk and brilliant staff serving breakfast. Breakfast was fantastic.

Location and generally very clean and tidy

Well located. Very good staff who were clearly well trained. Room comfortable with good ensuite. I liked the fact that reception was staffed 24/7.

Minor things only. Minor maintenance and detailed cleaning in the room. The scrambled eggs for breakfast could have been better; too runny for most people. The breakfast was fine otherwise.
