Staff friendly and nice, hotel nice features, but needs updates, cosy little garden area

Everything - it’s the perfect example of old fashioned charm, high quality rooms, inclusive breakfast and cleaning and the most polite staff who literally make you feel at home by being so accommodating- they even gave is lunch when not technically open and allowed us a delivery in their gorgeous garden - absolutely perfect for our visit to Shoreham live

Beds were quite small I’d maybe do a twin next time x

Lovely location. Room Very clean, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Breakfast was very nice. Definitely would stay again.

Would have liked to open a window, as it was exceptionally hot weather.

The room and bathroom were both really spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was really good and they had no issue accommodating me with a gluten free breakfast. Perfect location for seeing a show at Fareham Live

Quite noisy in the morning. We could easily hear other guests walking around and flushing the toilet. It wouldn't put us off booking again.

I did not sleep well, probably 2-3hours max, bed frame totally broken and make a huge noisy!!! Pillow not god at all, shower a long hair here and there, not cleaned before my stay….
