Excellent location. Well maintained premises. Looks like a well run hotel.

Very slow onboarding for a new guest at reception. Only one staff at the reception. Price for same day check out should be reduced to justify the limited stay

Checking out and location

The sheets were itchy, the mini-fridge smelled foul, the washroom stank not as bad as a public washroom (but that's not really a benchmark hotels should have) and the room service wasn't just snail-paced but incompetent. Somehow water bottles or any housekeeping order took 2 hrs. to be delivered to us and the cherry on the top was that after 2 hours of waiting we realise staff hadn't placed our room service order, this was when we had called up twice-thrice to get an update and funnily enough we came to know this after WE called - it wasn't informed to us and then obviously we got pissed off and asked the room-service staff to forget it (to be fair the staff had already forgotten it - That's a sarcastic commentary on the staff's incompetence) and not get it anymore. Overall disappointing enough to never visit an Ibis ever again if I can help it.
