My stay at this property was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable standards. I had to change my room four times due to multiple issues, which itself reflects poorly on the hotel’s upkeep. One of the rooms had a non-functional AC, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The final room that was allocated had a foul smell in the bathroom, which made the experience even worse. Overall, the housekeeping and maintenance standards are clearly below average and need serious improvement. Due to these repeated inconveniences, I was forced to cancel my three-day reservation and cut my stay short to just one day. To make matters worse, I was billed higher than the price shown on Booking.com, which is completely unacceptable. Despite the unpleasant experience, the hotel still levied a service charge and even charged GST on that service charge which ideally should have been waived given the circumstances. This was a frustrating and exhausting experience, and I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.
