The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet so the much needed rest day after a Halong day cruise was truly restful. Close to good food, ATM and not far from the harbour area.

We loved this family run hotel. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us which made it very enjoyable. They organized a boat trip for us to Ha Long Bay which was brilliant and a mini-bus to our next destination. When we woke up on New Years Day thinking we'd missed breakfast they had put on a lovely spread of food and drink to celebrate the new year with them. There are shops and a market nearby but you will need to walk further for restaurants. Apart from that it was a great stay. Beach 10 mins walk too. English wasn't great but with the use of google translate it worked out just fine.

Big and comfortable room, nice people, location is good, close to the beach clubs, sun world park, cable car& restaurants.

The check in could be more welcoming, the communication was little bit hard . The smell from the bathroom sometimes.

Sizable rooms, nice staff…good value

While the shower had great water pressure, it literally flooded the bathroom. Rooms were a little loud and I didn’t like that some guests were smoking in the hotel.

The room was very clean, and there were plenty of small restaurants nearby. The owner was incredibly helpful—when the bus I booked online to return to Hanoi was an hour late, he actively assisted me in contacting the company. Breakfast was simple, with a choice between white toast or fried noodles, both served with an egg. They also offered Vietnamese black coffee. Overall, great value for money!
