Kind staff and very beautifully decorated, clean rooms. We loved the very comfortable bathroom with big bath. The beds were great. The kids loved the pool and the smart TV.

With the very nice rooms, you would have expected a likewise breakfast. Breakfast could have been more and more diverse. There is not a lot to do in the direct neighbourhood, but for us it was ok. The pool gave our children lots of play time for the time we had to spend before our trip to Ha Long Bay.

The room was nice. The staff didn’t speak much English but were very helpful!

It was a shame about the location as there weren’t many places to eat and the restaurant was closed.
