Green Suites Hotel

Sadly, not a lot

Staff were friendly enough but unlike most hotels in Vietnam, they had no English which was hard for both. When we asked for a second room key they said a flat no and we literally had to beg. Our room was in a second building not attached to main hotel and we found doors were looked when we tried going back to reception. The room was nicely decorated but way too much furniture made it seem a lot smaller. The light switches were in funny locations and the air conditioner was freezing and couldn’t be adjusted. It had a weird bathroom which was all glass with no screens and like being in a fishbowl (no privacy😩). Location is nowhere near any food and we had to taxi or walk several blocks to get any. Very disappointed for such a beautiful city

Was Clean, room was spacious. Reviews are mostly fake here because they pay customers for a good review.

They buy their reviews. They offered me 100000 Dong so I'd give a 10/10 Review on booking.com. That is why this Hotel has a decent rating. Staff is rediculous, can barely speak english and doenst even try to help with your inquiries. Location is really bad If you dont have a bike or car.

- its close to the beach and many restaurants - you can rent a Motorbike - there is a swimming pool on the roof - Very kind staff that is Very helpfull and can speak english

Not much around the hotel, except for a very quiet lovely beach, but plenty about a 15 min walk
