"Great hotel"

We got great value for our money. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very close to the beach which was nice. Overall we had a great stay at this hotel.

There is not a lot of options for eating around the hotel but if you walk about 20 minutes you have some options available to you.

"Very tidy, quiet accomodation with good beds, hot water and wifi"

Great clean room, working lift, hot water, comfortable beds. Staff were pleasant and helpful, they even helped us book a taxi to Hanoi for a reasonable price with pick up. Wifi worked well and we didn’t have any problems with stay.

There’s nothing the property can do about this but this hotel is in the middle of a ghost town with nothing really around for food or entertainment. Wouldn’t bother ordering anything either. Both our friends and us had Grab food deliveries cancel and basically not keen to deliver food.

The room was new, everything worked well, TV they rent motorbikes

Ha long. is a fantom city build only for vacanciers in a very tacky kitsche style. Almost everything is empty. It's quite creepy actually. Nobody in hotel speaks good English, very difficult to communicate. The bed is very hard.

"Perfect stay!"

We felt very good in Green bay hotel. The room was perfectly clean, spacious and modern. The staff was amazing. They helped us with everything (boat booking, pharmacy, taxi). We warmly recommend to stay in Green bay!
