Green bay hotel Ha Long

The hotel is very modern with new facilities. The room were clean and spacious. Both check-in and checkout processes were smooth and easy. However, the location is not ideal; there are only a few cafes and grocery stores nearby. It takes 15-20 minutes on foot to reach the busier areas, while the beach is a 10-minute walk away. The room was reasonably priced.

The AC did not provide heating, which was inconvenient as the weather was a bit chilly. The bed was squeaky.

Not sure why it has „green“ in their name. Seems more like a normal Hotel in a kind of ghost town area that uses it for greenwashing. For example a basic thing to avoid plastic by providing a water dispenser does not exist - I had to buy water in plastic bottles. There are of course many other ways for improvements to reduce the impact.

Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful with information of restaurants cafes scooter rental and tours.

Great hotel! Really good for price and close to the beach; let us leave luggage early and room/ bed is huge!

The value for money is unbeatable. The operators were super nice and helpful.
