"Ok - but in need of refurbishment."

Nice desk with plenty of power points. Air conditioning greatly appreciated on a 35c + day. Staff were all pleasant amd helpful.

Room was adequate but looking a little "tired" The room for a Holiday Inn I would have expected to be better. The bathroom was small, the shower need to have a stronger flow of water. The flush button was hidden when the toilet seat was up and the toilet roll was in an awkward place behind you. More thought is needed regarding the layout,

"Very friendly and welcoming staff, perfect location for our visit to Haydock Racecourse!"

Don’t judge a book by its cover, looks dated and to be honest quite ugly on the outside, but much more modern inside, especially the bar and restaurant areas. Rooms were a really good size and comfortable, nice bathroom and a decent shower!

Grounds were poor, everything overgrown, signage dirty. Plastic flowers in planters Courtyard area was dilapidated, furniture ruined, looked like something from The last Of Us. .Squirrel carcass in car park. Chair in room delaminating. Toilet bowl not cleaned properly. Iron was full of rust and ruined my new shirt.
