The Tony Hotel

The owner Tony is a very kind person, answered all my questions, and even offered to bring a mini-bar just in case i needed one. The location is perfect near to everything, you feel yourself in the middle of all activities. The safety issue was my concern since it's in the old city where many bars, restaurantes... etc. After 4 nights, i can assure that the place is highly secured, the entrance door is always locked and there are cameras. In general i didn't experience anything negative during my stay.

The Hotel was great and the STAFF was excellent I will recommend anyone who comes to see Nicosia to stay at Tony's and explore the city The staff at the hotel makes any shortcomings of the hotel disappear

The place is located right next to the main street in the centre of the city. We stayed in a normal room that also had a huge balcony with a great view of the surrounding city. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, they even appeared outside of working hours on request. In terms of value for money, the place was perfect. The shower did have hot water, which is something not all places nearby have. The room was spotless and also it had AC, which is very useful during the summer.

The water in the batthroom was running kind of slowly from the shower, so it takes a while for the daily shower. Worth mentioning that this is an issue in most of the places in Nicosia, nothing specific to Tony's.
