Lamandau House

This is the third time we have stayed at Lamandau, and every time it exceeds our expectations. The Suropati room for our last three nights was brilliant. Thanks as always to the Lamandau staff - you are always brilliant!

The property is beautiful! Rooms are large and everything is clean. It’s a really great boutique hotel. Hammocks and bikes to use.

I loved it! I didn’t realise breakfast wasn’t included though.

Love the fragrant smell as you enter, cleaniness and welcoming feel. Our room was tastefully designed. I stayed at the room with terrace which was big and comfy for our family of 4.

Noise from the street

Quaint, unique, quiet and homey.

Need to lift your own luggage from the entrance up to the second floor.

It was a really beautiful building, it also smelled amazing and had extremely comfortable well appointed rooms and bathrooms. Great if you want to visit block M for street food.

Slow staff.The slowness of the staff here really spoiled my short stay. 35minutes to get a coffee and yoghurt to my room even when I mentioned I'd need to leave soon, when it finally arrived I was leaving and struggled to explain to the server it's taken too long. Also requested help at checkout to carry my bags downstairs as the taxi was a few minutes away, was told ok and to wait...no one arrived and I could not wait as I was running late for a flight. I got a message much later asking where I was ...? Zero sense of urgency.
