Lamandau House

I love the ambience of the house, the fresh smell in the lobby and room is very welcoming. It’s within walking distance to Blok M, and the environment makes you feel at home. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and their food recommendations were excellent.

i wanted to extend my night there but it was fully booked 🥲

スタッフは親切で、滞在中は快適に過ごせました。 ブロックMのショッピングモール、駅も徒歩10分以内です。ちょっとした買い物はショッピングモールとモール内のスーパーマーケットで済ませました。コンビニエンスストアよりもショッピングモールの方が近いです。 前庭でのんびり過ごすなど、隠れ家的な雰囲気が良かったです。

木曜日から土曜日にかけての滞在であったが、ブロックMのショッピングモールと近辺のお店、露店への来客が多いためか、金曜日の夜は通りのバイクの音が深夜までうるさかったのが残念。 ただし、インドネシアはバイクの交通量が多いので、ここのホテルに限った話ではないだろう

Lamandau house is echt fantastisch! Super vriendelijk en warm ontvangst door Emma en haar collega’s. De inrichting, de tuin en de kamers waar wij verbleven waren prachtig en met zorg ingericht. Goede airco, heerlijk bed en lekker ontbijt. De locatie is ook goed, veel streetfood, restaurants, winkeltjes op korte loopafstand. Wat ons betreft echt een aanrader, doen!!!

Renovation works during stay

Great location, 10 mins walk from mrt and trendy Blok M area with cafes etc. There are also local pushcarts set up along the street nearby during the weekends. Well decorated and unique premises to have a different feel from big hotel chains. The studio was very spacious and clean. Very friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again when back in Jakarta

Stay was too short though. The walls of the room are quite thin so you may be able to hear what’s going on on the lobby but it didn’t bother me.

The place was absolutely amazing, especially the unit i booked (Suropati). I love the lay out of the place and the private terrace that the unit has. Not to mention mine was ground floor and room was spacious including the lobby. Location wise, 10/10. walking distance to Blok M and other nearby trendy cafes takes 5-10mins. Best part? despite the typical jam, all my travels to senopati,pondok indah, scbd area etc takes abt 15-20mins drive by car. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Swift response everytime. Bonus, the whole place had great fragrances, which made my stay so so much comfortable.

However, it looked like some parts of the property is undergoing renovation, so it kinda annoyed me when i woke up to a knocking sound at around 9/10am onwards. Maybe consider doing those loud stuff after 12pm?

建物の雰囲気が良かった。誰かの家に招かれている感じ。全体的にセンスが良い。部屋も広い。

ドライヤーのコンセント接触が悪く、押さえながらで使った。盗難防止のため固定されていたので別のコンセントを使うこともできなかったので困った。夜間の騒音も気になる人は公園に面していない部屋の方がいいと思います。
