The bed could have been bigger

The fact that no one speaks a language other than French creates communication problems. For exampel :How could I check in  at 6 p.m., as I can't access the hotel-locked fences., doors..and the lady on the contact phone only speaks French. Be awear of the hotel rules: they lock the hotel at 10 p.m.  and you are not allowed outside until 7a.m.

Beautiful and comfortable place. I enjoyed their arts and interior design. Very clean and organized. Very convenient location for those biking EV6. The gentleman of the place was extremely supportive and kind.

Just make sure you don't show up for check in when the lady of the place has hair styling appointment.

Location was great as it was on our route on the Loire a Velo.

However, we arrived on a Sunday evening when there was not much open including the hotel. My husband has good French conversation and understanding but the person on the phone spoke too quickly (in French only)and when asked to slow down was quite rude. The whole experience left us quite cross.

Centrally positioned with spacious car park, warm friendly staff and an excellent restaurant.

The staff were very helpful, friendly and responsive. There was a secure locked garage for bike storage, and a lovely restaurant. The hotel was very central in this quiet town. The room had a fan (which helped in the heat!), kettle, tea and hot chocolate.

Nice hotel in a great location. Great food in there restaurant and the lady on reception was brilliant. Oh, nice breakfast aswel. 👍

Nice location. Very friendly staff. Clean bedding.

Carpets a little tired. Was charged full price for my husbands breakfast. he had a coffee and an orange juice. No food as he is gluten intolerant. Nothing there for him.
