Location and great parking. Very friendly check in.

Evening restaurant food was disappointing and didn’t live up to past experience. Outside rear entry was awkward.

Lovely traditional hotel from 1909 run by very caring staff. Excellent food selection - I found what I liked.

the quality of furniture in the room is relatively poor. there is no sound proofing, you can hear everything from the corridor.

Exactly what we needed for a one night stay on our way to southern France. We had rooms 108 & 109, these rooms are interconnected with a door (can be closed). As the hotel is situated in the centre of the village you can expect some street noise. The hotel is old but clean. Checking in was simple. There was a key-safe. There is no actual reception (at least we did not see and need it). All ok.

Maybe they should patch up the property. But that might increase the room price. Now it is great value for money.

Good location. The evening meal was excellent. The lady on reception was helpful.

Breakfast was okay.

The breakfast was nice with plenty of continental options. The room was confortable, if a little small with tired decor. The hotel is on a busy road junction in the town, and without AC leaving the windows open meant noise throughout the night from traffic and people, especially the cafe opposite setting up early in teh morning.

The bar closed almost immediately after we arrived at 9pm, no AC in the room, tired decor.
