Service Staff were very courteous and helpful....

Noticed one thing if the occupancy of the hotel is high then all is well. The day we were the only occupants then things are not so great. That's when one feels the charges are exorbitant....

In material things all good hotels are more or less the same. This stands out for the excellent behaviour of all the staff. They even get your car cleaned without asking for it !
