Every thing was picture perfect.

May be a starircase to take upstairs from reception to main gate up the steep road and small setup of hot and cold warer jn the upper balcony. Also the pillows should be a combination of hard and soft. People prefrring either will have an option

Service Staff were very courteous and helpful....

Noticed one thing if the occupancy of the hotel is high then all is well. The day we were the only occupants then things are not so great. That's when one feels the charges are exorbitant....
