The lady at the reception was very nice, she made sure I get a room though I came before the Check in time.

There were people making noise from the other room behind our family, making noise the whole night we hardly slept due to noise

The breakfast was wow, on time and so delicious. I wouldn't miss another opportunity to stay at Imbali. Thank you so much for exceptional work and beauty you get there.

- our room door had a tough close - we couldn't have breakfast as they were preparing for some event

The address on your confirmation was correct. I inadvertently searched to go to your address using Google Maps. This took us to another - completely - incorrect hotel at the street Google gave me,. Another guest had the same problem. You should approach Google about this. In addition I was pleased that they had a generator in place and working. There was a major power outage that night. TV was Premium and working properly The electric gate opened when the car was in proximity of it.

When we we were lost (as above) I phoned the receptionist and there was no answer. She didn't phone back either. On my side of the bed the electric blanket was not working. This was annoying.
