Location is convenient. The room is spacious and clean. There is enough parking. Check in is smooth

No value for money! I had to pay extra for breakfast yet on booking.com it’s written as though it’s part of the package. They start serving breakfast at 8pm which is a disservice for those traveling for work. I requested breakfast to be packed at 07:06, but it still wasn’t ready by 08:15. The property only allows payment on site, which is very inconvenient when traveling for work because the claim process is hardly positive.

Nothing

I booked a family room for 3 adults on the Ground floor because my wife is disabled,which was so confirmed. However, all the family rooms was upstairs. There was only one bed, one cup, plate and bowl in the room. They wanted to put a matress on the floor for my adult son of 40. We left and booked somewhere else # Thank you Scenic Guest House. I do not recomend Imbali!!! Very disappointed

"Good. Clean. Quiet."

Didn't have any meals there. We're expensive. Nice big rooms. Quiet enough although on the Main street. Staff very friendly and helpful.

No air-conditioning only ceiling fans. Booked for two adults but towels only supplied for one guest. However the Security guard Victor?? Was very polite and organized the required towels. Toilet roll holder broken and missing. As well as hook behind the bathroom door.

Family room,fairly priced

Would have liked friendlier staff,the microwave food cover was dirty, a staff member shiwed us a short cut to the room with a dirty blocked drain,with dirty tissues overflowing.We only had two bathroom tiwels but we were 4.

Great property in Kokstad. Clean, Quiet, Friendly Staff 😊, Big Family Room, Clean Pool, Value for money 🤝🏾. 4 Star in my books! 👌🏾

Restaurant closed early, but there are good food places nearby, in town. Breakfast started at 8am when we stayed there - that's a bit late when you are traveling. Breakfast not included in room rate.
