It was quiet. The room was clean and smelled nice, and view 👌 I love everything about Imbali. Everything is inside the room and written down. I got the room that I booked. The breakfast was very nice.

Convenience, family room space.

Theres no hot water, the room was not ready, no towels and crockery for a family. The bathroom door not functional.

"It was good enough for the purpose."

Beautiful rooms, spacious and Very clean rooms with fresh sheets and towels. Comfortable bed and a microwave.

Reception was not friendly and they did not treat me like a guest or tell me rules until I needed assistance . I was simply given the keys when I arrived. My room was the most most expensive but it did not have a shower. The basics like water and coffee milk was not there.

Location was great.

No internet, Could not get invoice as they were offline. Very noisy at night. Staff talking loudly in passages and other guest laughing and talking loudly at 2am.

"It's a great hotel without hot water so best for summer and warm weather"

It was spacious. The the facilities were working with TV and clean. The breakfast was well made and delicious so I enjoyed staying an sleeping there.

The water in the shower was very cold and even when we tried to wait for 10 minutes which is very long and wasting water, no hot water came through. The bath tub was slightly warmer but there was no hot water in the toilet at all.
