La Venta de Miyares - Casa de Indianos

This was an absolute gem in all senses: the warm welcome and care of Carmen, location, and, of course, the architecture and history of the house. We usually look for boutique hotels and little family B&B, however, this historic house exceeded all the expectations. The breakfast (and the breakfast room) were fantastic as well. Thank you a lot, Carmen, for your love and care for the place, and for your amazing hospitality. We will be back!

Wow, what a magnificent house, beautifully decorated full of history. I always trying to find boutique hotels in historic houses and this was one of the best we had in our multiple trips.We had a beautiful room and I dream to come back and stay there more than just one night.

Nothing, everything was just perfect

I loved the house, the work done to recover it and the passion of Carmen and her husband for making your experience unforgettable. The room was beautiful, making you feel going back in time. I loved the fact that the room has traditional furniture. The toilets are very nicely renovated, at the same time the kept traditional details. I loved the light switches and the lamps. We had dinner one night there at the portions were big and delicious. Being able to eat outside under at the covered terrace overlooking the well-cared garden and the mountains is a privilege. It was very quiet at night. The breakfast was very nice with juice, fruits, bread and tomatoe purée/mermelade, butter, jagourt, coffee/tea/milk and home made sponge cake and served at a beautiful room. There is a parking place within the property. Internet was working good.

The double bed, traditional Spanish bed, 135 cm, was a little small for us, although I have to say it fits perfectly the style and the environment. Carmen was telling me that they have the intention to replace it in the future. Regarding breakfast, just to avoid throwing food, maybe instead of giving everyone full breakfast, it could be an idea to offer the guests options (like a little menu) of what they want, like maybe one wants fruit, and another wants eggs. I noticed that some guests for instance left the sponge cake because they didn't wanted/liked it.

Everything was absolutely superb about this trip! The house is stunnig! The attention to every the detail. The connection of old and authentic with comfortable and cosy. Carmen is such an amazing host. We really loved the stay, altough too short, it was very personal for us. We're huge fans of places with history, houses with soul. Thank you for your hospitality, thank you for great dinner at the terrace, thank you for delicious breakfast with the orange cake. Thank you for eveyrthing!

Idylic location, very private and easy to relax. Carmen, the host, was exceptional. Rooms were very comfortable.
