La habitación que nos tocó daba a la calle y se escuchaba mucho ruido de música,

La tarifa del hotel no se corresponde con el servicio prestado, no había ventilación, si se abría la ventana subía todo el olor de la cocina, el baño tenia un olor espantoso, El ruido de la cosina se escuchaba en la habitación y me despertaron a las 4:40 a.m. con el ruido. Informé de esta situación y me cambiaron a otro cuarto con condiciones parecidas en cuanto al olor de la cocina subiendo a la habitación, en realidad tiene muy mala ventilación. Al menos el baño de esta habitación no tenia mal olor. No había Back out por lo que la luz de una lampara afuera llegaba a plenitud. Me parece que este Hotel se encuentra sobre valorado en la app, y lastimosamente me base en la calificación de Booking. No lo recomiendo. La chica que nos atendió en el Chek in fue amable, pero no se puede decir lo mismo de la chica de la cocina y de un señor que atendía en la recepción también. El desayuno es básico, pero por la tarifa no creo que se pueda esperar algo más. Estando en la ciudad pude ver muchos otros Hoteles mejores y con tarifas aún más bajas. Se recomienda revisar muy bien las ofertas en otras app.

I liked everything about this hotel. It’s comfy, clean, well located, with attentive and service oriented staff and a very nice breakfast. It was in good quality-price balance.

The only little thing not so pleasant was that you can hear a lot of the noise of the rain water when it hits the roof. But nothing to worry about. I’m just very sensitive to noise. Even like that I was able to sleep good enough.

Breakfast was really good, eggs, fruits, bread and a hot drink. Staff super attentive and friendly.

We took the bus from Armenia to San Agustin and wanted to stay one night in Popayan to break up the journey. This hotel is perfectly located close to the bus station. It is a ten minute walk to the historical centre and we walked both ways in the day and at night and felt safe. Popayan is worth a stop. We enjoyed our stay very much and felt very welcome. We also got a wonderful breakfast in the morning which was included in the stay. The room was modern and very comfortable.

Guests were very noisy . Unable to rest . Patrona did nothing to stop the noise at all hours of the night
