We had to wait an hour to get toilet paper for the room after checking in, and then 3 hours for a towel to shower. The room was so hot, and stuffy, it took all night for the AC to cool it down. There was never a receptionist around or anyone to support with questions. The place felt unclean, the bedsheets smelled bad and the bed was very uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

The staff - family owner - works a great deal to make his guest feel very comfortable and happy. The place is well taken care of. We truly enjoyed the little place of peace that he created inside: the tables, plants, lounging chairs... We enjoyed talking our breakfast / meals there outside. Our room was very comfortable for the 4 of us. We stayed there 4 nights and enjoyed our time, felt very relaxing. We also we're able to park our car there no pb. Good internet. It's also very nicely located - on the only roads with good pavements to walk to the center (which is just a digestive walk away). There's also an OXXO close by to get water, and a supermarket. Absolutely recommend for a quiet, relaxing and comfortable stay in Bacalar!

Que cuando llegue no había nadie en la recepción. Falta de señalización como hote o estancia.

L'emplacement à 10 minutes du centre pour ceux qui ne veulent pas etre dans le centre. Au calme.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo,ideal para relajarse muy limpio y ordenado . Muy bonito lugar. .

La tv no funcionó durante mi estancia de 4 días. Hubo momentos que en la recepción no había nadie y ocupamos papel y toallas limpiss
