Hostess was extremely helpful. The location was a little bit away from main plaza on the plus side if you like to stay away from the hustle and bustle it is a good place to stay. It was also very welcoming and friendly place to stay.

It was clean and comfortable.

Very friendly staff. Cute little hotel in the lovely town of Bacalar. The location is ideal, not far from the lagoon and near many shops. There's a café opposite that has amazing quesadillas. The price is acceptable and the rooms are clean. A++++++

Nothing, we wanted to leave asap

Disgusting rooms, not really clean. They let us in around 8pm instead of 3pm as advertised because they "forgot" to have enough clean towels and bed sheets. We didn't want to shower or use the bathroom, everything was dirty. The workers are sleeping during their shift, especially the reception guy & the cleaning lady were extremely lazy. Even in the room was water leaking in, no one cares.

the court was pretty.

It was run down. We asked for another room, because there was no water, in the second room the toilet seat was broken.
