Walls a bit dirty and ac remote was not working

Room was comfortable and the staff were nice. AC was nice to have seeing as it's a very warm town.

The pool was not working on the day of my arrival and I specifically booked the place for a pool. I was told the pool would be ready the next day since repairs were being done on the property. I arrived in the afternoon the next day and it wasn't ready. This information should have been made known before hand so I could book another location. I understand places need to do repairs and it is the slower season but I should be informed or a discount offered.

Nice facilities, good pool, great restaurant with good food.

The noise: the hotel is located next to a very busy road, so day and night you will hear traffic with heavy trucks passing by 24/7. The rooms are very basicly furnitured, with only 1 very bright ceiling lamp. So as soon as it gets dark the rooms are very uncozy with only the one big and bright light.

Beautiful facilities with hot shower, super clean, modern, indoor meets outdoor living, clean swimming pool, hot tub, jacuzzi and stuff for kids. Excellent breakfast and the people are very friendly. They allow late check out at 1pm which was comfortable.

There are a lot of insects as the property is located right outside main San Gil town. However the property is exceptionally clean and modern compared to accommodations in town. As long as you use bug spray, you should be fine.

We loved having the pool in the heat and the staff there were so lovely and helpful, nothing was too much. They have a cute cat and dog there which we loved. The place has a jacuzzi as well as a pool along with a sauna (we didn’t use this) and an on site restaurant. The prices were reasonable. overall a nice, relaxing place to stay with lovely people.

Not that I didn’t like and it wasn’t a problem (my boyfriend actually liked it) but the bed was quite hard. i had no issues sleeping though. additionally it’s a little way out from the town but taxis were so cheap (5mill) to anywhere and also you could walk if you can be bothered.
