Balcony view

Upon arrival we were sent to a dirty room that wasn’t ready for us, we came down and were sent to another one. Hot water was a big issue, we tried to take a shower in the middle of the night but we couldn’t as the receptionist didn’t manage to sort it, in the morning the same issue.

The location is on the edge of the city. About 15 mins walk to the main square. It is has got hot shower.

The rooms has got an AC but it does not cool then room. It works as a fan only. It is quite noisy if you room is facing the main road.

"OK once, but not again"

Location could have been a plus, except that a very busy highway cuts off access to the town.

No hot water in the morning. Hotel management seem more concerned with short-term savings than making sure guests are satisfied. No cup in the room, and no shampoo.

The property and pool were really clean and we loved the sauna! The shower pressure is extremely high which is nice, but if you tone it down to regular speed, the drain will be able to handle it;) We loved the classic Colombian breakfast which was included in the price and also the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was also great! We loved our stay and it’s very good value for money!

There was a little road noise but I didn’t have problems sleeping:)
