I had a very private room. It was bright and cheerful and I was pleasantly surprised. It was away from the noisy road. I have already booked again. Great value! Staff were very helpful and friendly.😊

I really have no complaints. The construction noise was unfortunate🫤 but hopefully it won't be still happening next time I stay.

Our room needed general renovation. The toilet was dirty. Don't have too much expectation.

Not many things…we stayed in the room only the night to sleep

When we arrived at the hotel, there was nobody there. After 10 minutes, we finally found a cleaning lady cleaning and asked her to open our room. When we arrived, and as on other days there was a lot of noise from the construction site next door, the hotel hadn't warned us at all. That's the minimum On the two nights we slept, we were kept awake all night by the loud howling of dogs and other animals. The first breakfast, the staff arrived 10 minutes after breakfast time, and we were finally served 30 minutes after the requested time. In the middle of the day, the staff disturbed us in our room to ask if we wanted the room cleaned? What was the point? The hotel is incredibly dirty. It looks very different from the photos, which must be 10 years old. The hotel is old and rusty, we didn't even dare go in the pool. The work woke us up at 6:30 am and finished at 5/18:00 pm. We had a great stay at Sea Star Bali, great location with lots nearby via moped. Host was very friendly and helpful with recommendations and had a lovely pool area & spacious room!

Refrigerator broken water all over the floor very loud rundown property. Very Noisy St., Del goes on and on.

The staff is really friendly and they are really trying to make an effort.

The place is really run down, the pictures were probably taken 15 years ago It is very, very mouldy. To the point it stinks. It doesn't have any windows that you can open so it's really stuffy. We stayed for 4 nights and didn't have any hot water for 2 days, the owner didn't bother to reply on booking.com for 2 days and staff did their best to help us. The towels are made of polyester or some weird material and don't absorb any water, they are pretty useless. The gate it's open all day and night, which means sometimes stray dogs come into the garden.
