Very kind staff, very helpful, was able to leave our luggage downstairs next to the table area

Didn’t feel safe in the bedroom as we felt the doors could open easily. Bed sheets didn’t feel clean so I slept like a pencil all night and was up by 5am. We left the hotel at 6am to go to Nusa Penida. Lots of insects. Shower shelves were filthy. Have to go upstairs with our suitcase.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly.

The staff Is really nice

This hotel is great value for money. Our triple room was spacious, comfortable, was cleaned every day and towels were provided. Novi was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel is about a 20 minute motorbike ride to the nearby beaches. There are lots of grab taxis around for a very cheap cost. The breakfast was delicious. Thank you!

The staff was nice

-We couldn’t use the toilet because of the strong smell of Urine and humidity. -Bathroom has not ventilation -Bedroom smell bad -Doors in the room didn’t lock properly -A/C didn’t work , we couldn’t sleep because of how hot it was inside of the room -Bed sheet had stains -Poor installations , shower was leaking and low pressure - I had to leave before the original date, I tried to get a refound and booking didn’t let me do it so I basically wasted my money.
