Price seemed ok but be warned. You will have to live without basic facilities. If you like running water, constant electricity and cold AC. This is NOT! the place for you.

There is a lot wrong with this property. Booking.com should refuse to list it as I have never had a stay where basic thing like running water and electricity stop and no help or feedback to the issues. The room says it has AC but it never worked. They did send someone to have a look (the next day evening time, not on same day). They said they fixed something but I saw what they did and it didn't make any difference. The AC power.is 'on' but no.cold air was coming out. There was never any hot water. Luckily Bali is pretty hot so this wasn't a major issue. The big issue I have is the management lying about it working. Then on the last day appearing to.hous keeping they said the hot water doesn't work on the hand basin but only in the shower (even then there was no.hot water in the shower). How are you meant to keep good hygiene with just cold water? Then the electricity went off for 4 hours. The house keeping only work from 10am - 5pm so anything out of hours you have to call them. Even then they don't pick up the phone or reply to messages. When they are at thw prorprty you struggle to find them as they are hiding. When I asked about the electricity the property uses a top up meter for each flat. I have never rented a place where the owner hasn't paid their bill. Then on Sunday night I was getting ready to go out. There was no running water (hot or cold) for hours. Couldn't use the toilet it was like 3rd world living conditions. The pool looks like it's never been cleaned. I wouldn't attempt to swim in it, would probably catch something. Talking to other people at the property who had been there for longer all the points above are a regular problem. There was 2 people I feel sorry for as they had booked 20 days on Airbnb and wanted to reduce the days but the owner keeps refusing. The main issue I have is the owner Zoe or Estelle message on booking app but never talk on the phone.

Lovely stay for the very economical value. The staff are the kindest Indonesian people and truly want you to feel comfortable and enjoy their property.

There were other guests that caused a significant amount of noise but the property manager was quick to fix the issue once it was brought up.

The property was excellent value for money. The person who welcomed me was very friendly and helpful. The room came with a fridge and kettle, which was nice, and was comfortable. I had the breakfast which was pretty good and reasonably priced. There’s also a few nice restaurants within walking distance.

There was a slight musty smell in the room but other than that nothing!

Location was okay for the things we wanted to do (Savaya and Sundays beach club). Staff were friendly and lovely

When arrived we had issues. Air con didn’t work Lights didn’t work No hot water Wasn’t shown how to close the door properly and then still wasn’t secure. Had no safe for valuables. Very loud being on the main road. On the second day they couldn’t give us clean towels had to use the same towels around the pool. Ants in the room. Couldn’t see the bottom of the pool and dirty on top. No duvet was given a sheet and a thin pillow.

Room was spacious

Close to main road so very loud with trucks and bikes passing through the night. Pool was not clean

Location was good.

I liked everything.
