Mainland Resorts & Spa by Kolaahalam

We friends went for a random ride to Yercaud, found this place as last mintue planning. It was totaly worth it. This resort was located very close to the center and had easy access to all places. As a new proerty all facilites were well maintained, ample parking space. The staff was very reponsive and addressed our needs promptly.

Very horrible experience

Very horrible experience, post booking after 2 days staff from that hotel gave a call and informed that we are cancelling the booking which was confirmed due to other family people are coming and also some renovations are going on hence we will cancel the booking so that you can look out for some other property.... Very pathetic service from this hotel people and they will cancel the booking as per there wish if some other customers are ready to pay more money... Money minded service oriented staff and management , due to this we were forced to change the vacation destinations as there were no other property available.

The breakfast was great and the staff super helpful.

The sheet had stains and bedding had body and head hair in them. The bathroom again there was head and body hair.

The location was good

Facilities, intercom not working, wifi connectivity very poor, used coffe/sugar sachet were provided when asked to replace. Breakfast was not available since there was a big group using the restaurant, no alternative was provided for other guests staying. In fact we had to change 3 rooms due to facilities were unserviceable. They charged us 6000 per night not worth it.

Beautiful atmosphere, well maintained and friendly staff members.

We missed the camp fire experience since the day was rainy.
