The resort is located in a good location with ample space, trees and nature around. The property is decently constructed as well. Overall, the place was good with some fun activities like bon fire and dance shows at night and good parking space for private vehicles.

There is room for a lot of improvement on the following: 1. Service and Operations: It seems like the resort owners have spent a decent amount in constructing this place however the management team lacks the capability to manage the resort on full capacity. The food service was very slow with orders taking at least 1 hour to get ready. Moreover the restaurant was not operational at all times as mentioned on the website. 2. Cleanliness: One would expect a certain level of cleanliness when paying a good amount even for the standard room. However it was not the case, the room was not cleaned properly when we arrived, linen dirty (probably not changed from the previous checkin), washroom mats wet and flies all around. Additionally, the restaurant gets super dirty during complimentary breakfast with eggs thrown on the floor etc 3. Size of the standard room: In my personal opinion, I would suggest any future guests staying at this property to avoid choosing the standard room unless you don't mind staying in a very small room with no windows and paying a high price for it. The standard room is way too small for the size and scale of this resort and is not worth it if you are looking to relax on a weekend at a resort like this.

The property looks very good in nice location

Cant get proper signal. Even Wifi strength not adequate many times. The water turned muddy colour after rain. Unable to wash or bath comfortably especially for kids. the dinner was not available as per menu.
