"More than the best!"

Spacious and clean rooms. The pool is heated in the garden, and it is rare to find such a luxurious accommodation where you can enjoy the view of the Matterhorn while bathing in the pool. The kids loved it.

"Exceptional"

We were caught in a snow storm and Zermatt was cut off from outside. There was no electricity for one and half days. But the hotel took really good care of us, provided food and drinks, charging place... let us stay for one extra night. We have to thank Daniel, who went out his ways to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would definitely like to come again.

Spacious layout good for families. Lovely view. Hot tub and sauna were much appreciated. Responsive staff.

Bit of confusion on the first day around location, ski rentals and connection to the main hotel. Not close to main lifts but easy to access the Matterhorn Express. Pool not working. If you needed hotel amenities, it’s not your place.

"Fantastic place to stay, lovely staff and views of Matterhorn"

The location was amazing, half way from town to glacier lift, the pick up and collection of luggage to the hotel was great and much appreciated, the staff were lovely and the breakfast was suffice. The checkout time of 11.00am was early.

I booked for 5 people, only 4 came so that made it expensive (€3500.00 for 2 nights) though I am not sure anybody could have slept in the bunker room upstairs, it was hard to access by ladder. The apartment was cold, when the sun was not out in the mornings and mobile heaters were used.

"Great stay and experience"

Amazing property and view of the Matterhorn. Hot tub and fireplace and staff were amazing. My husband had been injured whilst skiing and they went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and had everything extra he needed. The host was on call all the time and assisted us with any extra requests and it was a pleasure staying there.
