Such a cool apartment with a private lift and stunning views. Great location - loved the walks outside. Great staff - Carmen was very kind to us.

Some of the stuff in the apartment wasn't working - stereo, some lights. But it was minor.

Very spacious , clean , great amenities would definitely come back . And the staff were very helpful to help us newbies out .

Only thing that would have made it any better was a washer / dryer .

The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings.

It exceeded every expectation. It was at the high end of our budget, but worth the splurge!
