Located right in the heart of the city/market. Our Room was big, well laid out with sofa & chair, As we paid a little higher for that kind of room. Reception staff/ladies are cooperative. Restaurant menu offers a lot of varieties and the taste is good.

Scope for improvement on quality of toiletries, bedsheets & breakfast menu options. And yes, you might spot a guy from management roaming around & scanning guests, with a certain odd attitude. Though he might be checking on staff & work getting done etc., the least he could do is smile while making eye contact with guests.

I truly appreciated the warm and immediate welcome we received upon arrival. Since we were unable to find an Uber or taxi, Ms. Anju went above and beyond by providing us with the contact of a boat owner who arranged a Tuk-Tuk (locally called a Raksha) to take us around town, which was extremely helpful. At breakfast, we faced some difficulty with the Indian cuisine options, but Mr. Jithin was exceptionally considerate. He kindly requested the chef to prepare a customized meal for us, including omelets, toast, and other non-Indian dishes, which made our experience very comfortable. Overall, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a pleasant natural interior view. The balcony was a nice addition, especially for smokers, and the room itself was very spacious—more like a suite. The property also offered a good view, adding to the relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel currently provides only one driver with a car. It would be helpful to offer guests a list of additional car or tuk-tuk drivers for convenience. Additionally, the corridor had some plates left unattended, and cleaning was not carried out promptly.
