"Bug infested hotel"

On the face of it looked like a clean place and friendly staff.

The beds were infested, had bugs crawling on bed. Bedding was dirty. When we asked to be moved to another room, we were told no rooms available. Following complaint to management, the owner questioned the staff why we weren't moved. Staff had no response. Owner disappeared and left staff to resolve. Showed videos of the bugs but management would not accept it was an issue. Children ended up sleeping on suitcases. Requested to be refunded full cost of accommodation, owner disappeared and management refused to refund. Very disappointing response from hotel management. Avoid this place or at least check the condition of the accommodation.

The guy who sits at the reception during day shift is complete shameless guy. My wife had her periods and during our check out process she asked for assistance with one washroom in the room, and this guy bluntly said no we can't do that. I mean that is a basic civic sense, but he had the audacity to deny and not help in need when charging such a huge amount for the place which is worth half the price they charged.

Great Location. Just about 100 yards from Harmandir Sahib. Professional and helpful staff. Excellent Breakfast. Overall, it was a good experience.
