Location is very good and near the golden temple

Old furnitures and worn out, towels look old and not so clean, rooms were just average condition

Bathroom Hot & water system was very bad. The plummer who i requested to fix the water tap did not pay attention to my request. Water nob was so tight that it could hardly move either side. I think bathroom hot & cold water supply and the cleanliness is the most important thing for me. Toilet seat was loose that i had it fixed from the plummer.. Shower water spills outside the the glass door when u take shower that needs fixing. Daily towel change & other bathroom supplies on request was ok. Management should take proper care of these small things before they rent out the room. I give it two & a half star.

We were never notified that breakfast was available. No breakfast.

Floors in the rooms were dirty. Bed layout did not match the reservation description. We were forced to buy another room.. no notification that the reservation is per person. So had to pay more for that as well. Even had to pay for snacks in the rooms that are generally covered and offered as a convince to guests.
