"Exceptional"

The staff were very nice, especially Chelsea one of the house maids that I met there she was very kind and helpful and does great job. The location is fab, and I don't want to go home now. There is a nice Loch just up the road with a beach. Loch Morlich and it is so beautiful. A hidden gem.

The room was a little hot but there was a fan in there so no issues.

"It did but wasn’t greatly enjoyable."

Cheapish!

It was tatty - the bathroom door was flaking, they didn’t clean the room until you left. The staff were great but mealtimes were chaotic- many guests were foreign and didn’t understand the concept of queueing. But the hotel was poorly run, two days ago the breakfast ran out of butter, then yesterday they ran out of margarine, so I ended up putting mayonnaise on the slice of toast because there was no other option. And it was chaotic because 100 or more people would just suddenly appear from a coach trip all wanting to be fed. The food for dinner was unimaginative but okay but there was tendency for things to run out before all the people were fed.

L’emplacement est ok On peut faire rapidement pleins de randos tout autour

Les chambres sont très vieilles.Il y avait très chaud même si les radiateurs sont eteints. La moquette date des temps anciens. Pas d’ascenseur. Propreté très moyenne. Pas de nettoyage si vous restez + d’une nuit: : « company policy » nous dit-on à la réception ! Le buffet est de qualité médiocre pour le prix payé

"Disappointing"

The bed was comfy The pools were nice

Rooms were too hot and small when it says family room. No water bottles available in room. Towels very scratchy. Some staff members were rude. They ran out of drinks at the bar. Requested before arriving the need for a cot but had to request again on arrival to the hotel. Tired looking in the room, bathroom door was terrible and banged open. Slept in a sweat box. Food ridiculously overpriced
