"Good"

Staff were rude and unhelpful. Honestly shocked by the poor service provided. Most of the staff have poor Wnglish, didnt see one scottish staff member. They didn't care about helping or not. Better off taking a tent on your trip than spending your money here. Whole property is outdated and poorly maintained.

"A nice place for a night or for a holyday"

A nice swimming pool! A good breakfast buffet. Friendly employees. Although it does not concern me as a single person, I noticed it with a smile: Every friday there children amusement with is a clown. And the roaring dinosaurs outside made me laugh.

"Okay but dining room food was disappointing and room was small and outdated"

Location and general facilities were good. Staff were very helpful and professional

The bedroom was small and needed updated despite us avoiding the cheapest rooms. We paid for the buffet evening meal in the restaurant which was bland and overpriced. I would avoid this and eat in the bar area. Breakfast was a scrum with about three coach parties all in the dining room at 0700 despite the hotel stating that this was the quiet time

As always the staff were fantastic and made us feel welcome The price of the drinks at the bar was not the usual extortionate hotel prices but a reasonable happy medium Couldn’t fault another great weekend stay at Coylumbridge

In all honesty the hotel did everything I expected and more so there are no complaints from

"Great Value Short Stay"

Great valve. Room was clean and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Staff could not be more helpful. Will stay here again.
