A&F Hotel Chemnitz

We arrived late at the hotel, but no one was there to check us in. I stayed at the entrance until morning while my friends had to sleep in the car, as there was no access to the property. I tried multiple times over two weeks to inform the hotel about our late arrival, but got no response by phone, SMS, or email. Even Booking.com was unable to reach them. Staff only arrived around 9:15 in the morning and did not speak English, which made communication difficult.when we finally spoke to the responsible she was unhelpful and did not acknowledge any issue on the hotel’s side. Overall, very disappointing experience. If you may arrive late after 22:00, or are unsure of your arrival time, I would not recommend this hotel.

Gar nichts

Personal unfreundlich, nicht das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen. Keine Entschuldigung. Zimmer schmutzig dick Staub unter dem Betten und direkt ausgescheckt. Personal gibt an nicht zu diskutieren.

Nichts.

Es war schmutzig. Auch das zweite Zimmer war nicht besser, beim ersten Zimmer war es nicht zumutbar. Im Zimmer hing der Vorhang runter, die Toilettenbrille war locker. In der Dusche war Schimmel. In einem Bett des zweiten Zimmers war auch die Bettwäsche schmutzig. Insgesamt war es ein ungepflegter Zustand. Haben zwischenzeitlich Desinfektionsmittel gekauft und das Zimmer damit behandelt. Man müsste eine Entschädigung bekommen, Booking.com sollte genauer hinschauen was sie auf ihrer Seite anbieten. Solch ein schlechtes Zimmer hatten wir noch nie.

Die Stadtnahe Lage, das enthaltene Frühstück, der enthaltene Parkplatz, das zuvorkommende Personal.

Personal war freundlich.

Fernseher ohne Empfang. Sauberkeit ging so.

Zimmer war schmutzig,Betten waren nicht frisch bezogen und das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe-wir haben so etwas noch nie erlebt.
