Friendly service, good-sized room, mini fridge. There is plenty of hot water.

Road noise was a bit disturbing at night. The stairs could be a problem for the less fit.

"Great value for money with a good “can do” attitude from the staff"

Staff were exceptionally good - all of them! Room was perfectly adequate for a night’s stay. Good facilities in the room with nice large towels!

Nothing to really dislike - duvet was slightly too small for the size of the bed so my husband and I kept “pinching” it from each other!

"Perfect t place to stay and see the sights of Tiverton and Exeter or even before Ten Tors as we did!"

Really friendly staff - so helpful. Managed to park right outside. You can park for 45 mins max up to 6pm after which it’s free. So parking outside at 5:30 was perfect. We stayed in the longship room and it was very comfortable, clean and spacious with a large en-suite. Not noisy at all and managed to stumble on a karaoke evening downstairs which was great fun!
