Very poor maintenance. No cleanliness. Service was the worst. AC was not working for a few hours. Frequently power failure. Lose Fixtures in bathroom. No cleanliness in the room or in the passage. Sofa was dirty and in the broken condition. The room was smelling bad. No one is attending a service request despite a reminder.

Good service with facilities and amenities as promised.

"its was nightmare for us with staying at this hotel along with kids and family"
