dirty room sealen in the room dirty walls

staff is so rude not talking properly even we have to carry our luggage own no boy were their to carry luggage

Sai lodging is good but fab express is main issue.

We paid 365 fab express and 1850 for sai loding. When I book this room then 1800 is expected but I paid total 2215

The room is spacious.

There were cockroaches in the room, the cleanliness is highly compromised. The owner & staff members are quite rude. They denied check-in at 5pm , even though the time was 12pm. They were complaining about over bookings and blamed the same on the tourists instead of taking the ownership of allotting rooms and updating the correct information on the booking platforms.

I don't like the way booking.com is presenting any accommodation without proper verification. The photos uploaded in the app are different from the original place. The place was unhygienic,lots of cockroaches were there, Not well behaved manager, unclean washrooms, location is in the middle of a market, washroom windows are broken anyone from next building can peep. Overall very awkward experience. Booking.com should refund me back for this sort of stuffs.

One of the worst hotel I ever stayed. They are trying to take more money and not even entered my stay and shown as NO SHOW
