Setting was perfect Food very good

We we're led to believe we had been upgraded to a suite within the hotel. Instead we were in a mews outside the hotel. There was a power cut at 4 45 am. We were then woken by the fire safety lights which were pretty blinding unil the problem was sorted at 7am.

Staff and location and amenities were excellent

The apartment needs to be refreshed, the bathroom is outdated and the paintwork on the whole needs to be redone. There is evidence of a dog chewing the windowsill and skirtings

Very charming property and the location was good. The beds were really good!

The staff used the bathroom by my room and it was not exactly a big issue but between 10 pm to 11:30 pm the staff could be aware that are room with guests and be less noisy to go to the toilet. They were not cautious with the doors opening and closing at all.

Absolutely lovely place to stay...very friendly and helpful....would say there again 😀
