pleasant surrounding, position of lodge and bar excellent, comfortable lounge to sit in.

Heating a little on the cool side. Breakfast room quite cold on the first day but warmed up as the days went by.

We stayed in the Mews Room could do with a fridge! Water pressure/heat on an evening was Low and cold in the shower

Lovely hotel but our room is very small.. not enough to shelve to put things .. if one night it’s fine but 3 nights need plenty to put things in shelving, I feel cold draughty near window to close the single bed..

Unfortunately, having booked late, we got the smallest room in the hotel! Otherwise all good. Breakfast was excellent.

Lovely comfortable room.

We stayed in a deluxe room the bed was super comfy and the bath with a view was stunning. The breakfasts were lovely and the staff were welcoming and attentive. Live music on Friday night with a band in the bar. All round lovely 2 night break.

Fabulous location , beautiful rooms, amazing breakfast- a real gem of a hotel

Radiators didn’t work but we had a heater in the room. Would have preferred working radiators especially with all the rain to dry things .
