- Best part was Staff was very willing to always give their best. I had booked this hotel for parents who are around 70 years old. - Nice location - comfortable bed. - They gave extra pillows for my mothers back pain. - Also addressed immediately if anything was needed. (Very prompt customer service response.)

- It is not 4 star as advertised. (Is 3 starts) - view from window was not good

The breakfast was good.

The hotel did not look like a three star property.

Liked the overall experience, especially the staff behaviour was very friendly & cooperative. The rooms were decent in size and clean. Did not try their food, so can't comment. The property is centrally located, so it's easy to reach all the attractions in 10-15min time.

Towels were scrubbing off fibres all over and the hotel does not really have its own private parking, you will have to park your vehicle on the road.

Not as good as expected

Nothing is good , better options available within this price range or below.

Nothing to be liked

The electric kettle provided in the room was not clean. It took some time to clean with warm water, before it could be used. The bathroom,though clean ,was devoid of tissue paper.
