Hotel was good. Staffs were cooperative. Location fine, but drawback is there is station of horse cart, so foul smell outside of the hotel, but otherwise it is good.

The location of hotel is not that good

The place is close to Hazratganj and Aminabad and is absolutely value for money. Rooms are spacious, staff is courteous. Housekeeping comes for Cleaning without fail and they even offered us breakfast at our room despite buffet service being available. Room service is available throughout. Lunch and dinner option on a la carte is plenty and their chicken masala is a must try. All in all a very good experience at this hotel in Lucknow.

This hotel is to be assessed by your expert team and some very serious action is to be taken against them. Overall I can say that they are using the platform of Booking.com and are giving worst of service to the customers. Worst is their staff and their behaviour.

Room was very very dirty, We had to ask for a Superviser to get it clean, change bedsheets, clean floor and toilet, in-fact the fan as well. It took us two hours to check in, just because of all this, food was good they were giving extra 10% discount on food bills, but there was one very disappointing thing that the Manager told us that if we write a good review about hotel and rate it 10 out of 10 then they will give us 15% discount on entire food bill, this was really really bad. I never want to visit to this hotel again.
