Galagie pana la miezul noptii,usa la balcon nu se inchide,in loc de somiera la pat,era osb,lipsa AC in camera,mic dejun slabut,pret destul de mare fata de serviciile oferite!!

Локацията сред гора и до река е перфектна за горещото лято, стаите са чисти , просторни, обслужването е перфектно.

Липсата на асансьор и множеството стълби, които трябваше да изкачваме с куфари и багажи.

The staff of the hotel is truly amazing. The food at the restaurant delicious.

The hotel seems to be undergoing some partial renovation, as we were travelling with a young child we were very stressed of him falling from an unsecured stair case or pulling one of the many cables just hanging around. Also, the main reason we went there was to use the swimming pool on a really hot summer day and rest on our way to Greece, unfortunately the pool is unheated and despite the 40 degrees outside the water was freezingly cold. Overall, the hotel has great potential and the staff is truely outstanding, but they need to finish the construction work going on and heat the pool.

The hotel is on the border of a forest and a spring nearby. Nice outdoor facilities.

The breakfast was not so good as it was advertized . The location doesn‘t have a permanent receptionist but it was very appreciated somebody waited for us for the check-in.

We were there off season, the only people there many things were closed and being renovated, it is impossible to say what it will be like. Pretty location, nice little town.

No one there hot tub not working

The hotel is located on a hill next to a forest - in result you get a lot of fresh air and a great contact with the nature. There is planty of hiking tracks with beautiful views of the Kolarovo and the hills. Hotel itself is modern and and convenient and the Hotel staff friendly and helpful. There is great restaurant in the hotel, very good breakfast. Planty of room to park your car.
