I'm writing to express my deep disappointment with a recent hotel booking through your platform. On August 19th, after an exhausting 8-hour drive, my family and I arrived at the hotel late at night, only to find no one available to check us in. Despite multiple calls to your customer service, including speaking with Frank and Liza, we were repeatedly told to wait 45 minutes. After nearly 3 hours with no resolution, we had to sleep in a field at 5 AM, as no other accommodations were available. This experience was unacceptable and extremely distressing, especially for our young children. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution, including appropriate compensation for the ordeal we endured.

First off I want to say that the food was amazing! For the short period of time while we were there, we tried as much types of food as we could - everything was so delicious. The staff was all so friendly and nice, no issues at all with them. Location is amazing, it is quiet. You are at the bottom of the mountain so it’s fresh air. Rooms are good, we had a balcony which was a big plus.

They could improve the maintenance of the pool. Our room was not cleaned once throughout our 4 days (3 nights) stay. There were containers for hand soap, shampoo and shower gel but they were all almost empty. We had a hole in our door (you could see it from the inside of the room, looks like someone punched it), maybe they could think of replacing it.
